6 Meses!

Today marks 6 months in Chile! My first question is where has the time gone? It has flown by incredibly fast. It honestly feels like yesterday I was saying goodbye to my family at the airport and embarking on this crazy adventure! It sure has been a crazy adventure to say the least! I think I say that just about everytime another month passes by. The truth is though, sometimes I can't wrap my head around the fact that I have been living in Chile for this long.

I now have about 5 months left, more or less. It seems like a lot of time, but I already know if this first half of my exchange has gone by this fast the second half will go by even faster. I look forward to a positive second half of my exchange. It was a bumpy road at first, and hopefully things will start turning around a little more. I want to enjoy the time that I have left here in Chile. This is an opportunity of a lifetime, and I truly don't want to waste a single minute. As I have learned, and you have read in each of my posts, time moves fast and it will sadly all be over before I know it. As I stare off into space as I am writing this post, I am at a loss of words. It is hard to describe your exact feelings on everything that you face or take part in. As I always like to say, "It's one year, it's one incredible experience."

As always, I want to thank both my parents, my brother and my best friends that continue to support me on this year abroad! I wouldn't be where I am today without any of you. I have really learned how incredible and how thankful I am for my family and close friends! You are all the best! And thank you to all of my readers, I hope you enjoy following my adventure! Keep reading, I promise there is more to come!
